Some time the ink gets accumulated over the printer-head and it blocks the Printhead to talk with the printer. It is a major issue with the printer, as it is an issue with the Ink mechanism of the printer. Sometime, the printer do not gets the appropriate voltage on which it operates, if it is connected to a Surge Protector. So it is recommended to connect the printer directly to the wall outlet. Take out the power cable of the printer and then press and hold the power button for 60 Seconds. ![]() Now connect the power cable back to the printer and try to print a Printer Status report (Go to Setup Now go to ReportTools Printer Status Report). It told me the warranty was up and did not provide any other way to contact them that I could find. I did spend a lot of time on hold, but I am happy to say that they will replace my printer.
